500W Laser Igniter Instructions for use

This 500W coaxial laser igniter is equipped with a BWT pump laser source with a 976nm invisible infrared operating wavelength. It is integrated with direct beam emission, manual focusing mechanism, toggleable coaxial green aiming light, wireless remote control function, overheat protection module and a detachable high-rate discharge battery.

Constructed with an aluminum alloy main casing, the device boasts robust structural rigidity, making it ideal for precision research projects, teaching optical demonstrations, optical performance testing, material reaction assessment and a host of other professional scenarios. Given the invisibility of the primary working laser beam, the built-in green alignment light serves as a visual positioning aid. Note that minor offset or beam divergence between the green guide beam and the infrared main beam might be observed when operating at extended distances.

The cooling fan must be switched on before laser output is activated. The high-speed fan produces noticeable operating noise.

Although the maximum continuous operating time is approximately three minutes, a single output cycle of less than one minute is recommended. If the internal temperature reaches approximately 45°C, the thermal protection system may reduce the output or shut down the unit until the equipment cools.
